When forming the guaranteed power supply system, DCB made on the basis of rectifier chargers of our own production are used.

The switchboards are designed:

• to provide uninterrupted power supply of the operational DC circuits and provide maintenance of sealed batteries;

• uninterruptible power supply of control circuits, relay protection, automation, alarm systems, electromagnets to control power switches, emergency lighting, Automated Process Control System.

The boards provide:

• normal operation in case of deviations of the mains voltage from the nominal value within the range from minus 20% to plus 15% and deviations of the mains frequency from the nominal value within 1 Hz.

• stabilization of the DC output voltage via converter, the input of which is supplied with alternating mains supply voltage.

• power supply of DC output circuits in long-term operation mode from two board sections for their own needs or from batteries in the absence of voltage at both AC inputs.

• DC electrical energy input from two rectifier chargers (RC1, RC2) and from one or two batteries;

• DC energy distribution between consumers;

• operation capability with combined and disconnected DC bus systems (EYI, EYII, ESI, ESII);

• support for batteries retention modes with their full service life provision;

• formation of power supply system for our own needs of increased reliability using additional batteries and RC 220V/24V;

• protection of output lines and inputs against short-circuit and overload currents with required selectivity using appropriate protective devices;

• forming “flashing light” auxiliary circuit;

• monitoring of the electrical circuit parameters and signaling when parameters deviate from the normalized values;

• measurement of the batteries charge current, batteries charge-discharge current, ES bus load current, RC load current and main bus voltage using switchboard measuring devices;

• position indication of the main switching devices using light-signaling devices of the mnemonic circuit.
