The service center is created on the basis of SPE PK-Electric engineering division. Their specialists provide warranty and service support for the customer's facilities. Highly qualified specialists of the company provide round-the-clock technical support: in case of emergency situations, service employees go to the facility, find out the cause of the accident and find the ways to eliminate it.

With a large warehouse of components of various types and purposes, from terminal products to circuit breakers for current up to 630A, troubleshooting takes place in the shortest possible time.

If no specialized staff is available at the customer’s disposal, the company implements possibility of concluding a long-term contract for performance of post-warranty maintenance of the equipment and systems.

It is implemented through conclusion of contractual relations according to the conditions that determine as follows: a scope of the services provided, the frequency of the customer's facility visiting, inclusion of consumables in production costs (for example, replacing the automatic engine protection in the control cabinet or starter contacts), additional services (for example, code adjustment/code change is performed by the automation system program via the Internet).
