With pleasure our company will produce various low-voltage complete devices for the needs of any enterprise: crane panels, cabinets of SE-CD (switchboard equipment–complete device) series, cabinets of control and measuring devices, power distribution points and many others.
The crane control panel makes it possible to control the electric engines of lifting mechanisms of gantry and bridge types of lifting cranes. Crane panels provide start-up, reverse, braking, as well as speed control of the electric engine and maximum, zero, final electric drive protection.
The cabinets of SE-CD series and their component switchboards are used as part of the electrical equipment with voltage of 220 V, 380 V, 660 V with frequency of 50 Hz of various industrial facilities, public, sports and cultural and entertainment facilities and as part of switchgears (SG-0.4 kV) of power facilities.
Introductory cabinets provide as follows:
- receiving electrical energy from power source;
- supply line protection against short-circuit and overload currents;
- protection against single-phase short circuits through remote protection in the zero wire;
- voltage value measurement;
- phase current measurement;
- electric power metering possibility;
- automatic shutdown (activation) of the input circuit breaker via ACB unit commands (if available in the sectional cabinet) or switching to backup input.
Sectional cabinets provide as follows:
- autonomous operation of each input per its own bus section;
- operation of each of the inputs (with one disabled) on single bus section;
- automatic power switching from backup input via command from the ACB unit (if available);
- manual switching on (off) of the bus connection switch;
- manual or automatic switching on (off) of the bus connection switch.
Distribution cabinets provide as follows:
- electric power distribution between consumers;
- protection of the outgoing lines against short-circuit and overload currents;
- measurement of consumer current in one of three phases;
- electric power metering possibility.
Metering cabinets (wall-mounted box with installation on the vertical load-bearing structure,) provide electric power metering. Bus bar cabinets (bus bridges) provide electrical connection of cabinet buses with a double-row switchboard layout (distance between the facades of cabinets is not less than 1500 mm or 2000 mm) or a single-row switchboard layout with breaks.
The ICC (instrumentation and control cabinet) is a cabinet including controllers and control and instrumentation and control devices. The cabinet is designed individually for each project.
The ICC cabinet functions include as follows:
• automatic control of set parameters in accordance with the required work plan (schedule);
• enabling / disabling equipment when the set values are reached;
• automation system control and management;
• system operation analysis and switching of the operating modes.
The ICC cabinets are used for the following purposes:
• replacing old automation equipment;
• increasing the automation system capabilities;
• reducing energy consumption and providing resource metering.
The ICC cabinet can provide metering for gas, water, steam, heating, condensate consumption and almost any other substance. The main thing is to choose the right instrumentation and control device.
Power distribution points of ПР series are designed to receive and distribute electric power, protecting electrical installations up to 380 V with frequency of 50 Hz in case of overloads and short circuits, as well as for temporary (no more than 6 per hour) switching on and off of the electrical circuits and starting asynchronous electric motors providing protection against electric shock.

The cabinets are designed for installation in the industrial, residential, domestic and public facilities with one-way maintenance. In agreement with the customer, it is possible to install residual cut-off devices (RCD) on feeders.
