Analog signal controller
It is designed to measure analog signals and record discrete signals for subsequent transmission of results to top-level equipment using RS-485 MODBUS interface. Discrete outputs can also be enabled via the interface.
Structurally, the analog signal input controller is a functionally complete unit assembled in plastic casing for installation on DIN rail.
Connect voltage divider unit to this controller to measure high voltage (up to ± 400 V).

It is designed for continuous monitoring of insulation resistance of DC power supply circuits relative to ground.

IMU V3.0 insulation feeder unit
It is designed for continuous monitoring of insulation resistance of DC power supply circuits relative to ground with capability to indicate specific faulty feeder (up to 32 feeders).
The unit has RS-485 (MODBUS) interface for communication with top-level equipment. For example, to transmit measurement results to PU-1 control panel, equipped with LCD indicator to display parameters, or any other device supporting the corresponding protocol. The unit response settings for maximum insulation resistance (alarm signaling system) are set via RS-485 MODBUS interface.

Battery circuit continuity monitoring unit (BCCMU М)
The unit detects malfunctions in the battery circuit and delivers alarm signal increasing reliability of DC installations with batteries.
Structurally, the BCCMU М consists of two functionally complete units:
– Switching unit (A2) assembled in plastic casing for DIN rail installation;

The device is equipped with a system of LED indication of current modes and malfunctions in operation:
“LINE SHORT CIRCUIT” - short circuit in the line between pre-amplifier and switching unit;
“BATTERY BREAK DOWN” - rapid detection of current decrease in the battery circuit below the threshold value;
“LINE BREAK DOWN” – line break down between pre-amplifier and switching unit;
“BATTERY FAULT” – long-term current absence in the battery circuit;
“POWER SUPPLY” – power-on indicator.
CP-1, CP-2 Control panel
It is designed for information collecting and processing from the devices using RS-485 MODBUS and RS232 bus; for display of the information obtained on LCD indicator; transmission of processing results to top-level equipment (Automated Process Control System). You can use the keyboard to change the settings of devices connected to RS-485 MODBUS bus. CP-1 is equipped with non-volatile real-time clock subsystem.
Structurally, the CP-1 is a complete device with LCD indicator and a push-button keyboard, assembled in a metal case, designed for installation on the flat surface.
